Eleka konpainia 2006an sortu zen Euskal kultur erakundearen laguntzarekin.
Daniel Landart izan zen konpainiaren bultzatzailea bi artista horien tirriak elgarretaraziz. Funtsean, berak zituen lehenbiziko testuak hautatu eta arramoldatu. Ikusiz alor horretan eskaintza eskasa zela, bi artistek sail horri lotzeko gogoa ukan zuten euskarari toki premiatsuena emanez, antzerki jokoa eta musika uztartuz.
Bi bozetan ari izanez ipuinari bizitasuna eta arintasuna eman nahi zioten. Frango laster mediatekek eta eskola ezberdinek deitu zituzten.
2010ean, Txomin Heguy antzerkilari profesionalaren laguntzarekin Hau dela, hori dela ikuskizuna sortu zuten, Euskal Herriko hainbat tokitan aurkeztu zutena.
2020ean, Ikas pedagogia zerbitzuari esker, Hala izan ala ez izan izeneko diskoa argitaratu dute. Helduei eta haurrei zuzenduak zaizkien 15 ipuinez osatua da.
