Eñaut Etxamendi azken bi hamarkadetan, denbora osoz ari da gure hizkuntzaren barneak ikertzen, disekatzen, xardakatzen eta berriz eraikitzen. Ez du euskara hizkuntz isolatu gisa ikusten, eta metodo konparatiboa baliatuz, grekera zaharra eta latina ditu bidelagun, horiekin sanskritoa, rusoa eta Europa edo Ekialdeko hamarnaka hizkuntza ezagun eta ez hain ezagun. Aski hedatua da jakintza ofizialen guneetan, euskarak ez duela deus ikustekorik bere inguru hurbileko hizkuntzekin, nolazbait zerutik jautsi meteorita bailitzan. Bizkitartean, populuen migrazioak begiratzen badira, bereziki glasazio handien garaieri buru egin izan genuenean eta ondotik nola Europa berriz populatzen den eremu bildu batetik abiatuz, ohartzen gira betidanik Euskal Herri eta Pirineoak Europako populuen bilgune, abiapuntu eta etengabeko pasaia gune izan direla. Populuen mugimenduek diotena, Eñaut ETXAMENDIk hizkuntzen konparaketan begiratzen du : urrunen diruditenak, uste baino hurbilekoago ditugu agian ! Zein diren linguisten egiteko moldeak, zein den berak erabiltzen duen lanmoldea eta nondik datorren metodo hori, nola lan egiten duen eta zein diren bere ondorioak, hona gure linguistari pasatu diogun komanda. Eta bidenabar, galdeginen diogu zein den beretako lan animale honen funtsa, interesa eta geroa, gurea bezalako hizkuntza indartsu baina mehatxatuarentzat…
