Pirinio-Atlantikoetako Tokiko Jarraipen Dispositiboaren partaidetzarekin, Euskal kultur erakundeak elkarteei zuzendu informazio gaualdi bat antolatzen du Mugaz gaindiko artisten programazioa - kuadro fiskal, sozial eta juridikoa gaiaren inguruan.
Izan artista edo egitura programatzaile/enplegatzaile, URSAAF bezalako administrazioei begira zein ote dira bete beharrak ?
Abokatu berezitu batek eramanen duen informazio gaualdi horretan, artisten mugaz gaindiko zirkulazioa aipatuko da. Zuzenbidean berezitua den hizlariak mugaz gaindiko egitasmoenzat elkarte edo/ta artistek segurtatu behar dituzten egin beharrak aurkeztuko ditu: kontratuak, zirkulazioaren modalitateak, babespen soziala...
Gaualdi horretan, parte hartzaile ezberdinen arteko solasaldiei toki garrantzitsua utziko zaie.

The Basque cultural agenda (weekly)
The Basque Cultural Institute (BCI) reserves the right to modify or update the contents of its agenda at any time.
The information published is transmitted to us by the event organizers or collected through different communication channels, such as the social networks of cultural actors and operators. The BCI is not responsible for the nature or the erroneous or incomplete character of the disseminated information. Likewise, the descriptive comments for the agenda events are the exclusive responsibility of the organizers and actors of the events who are their authors.
To the extent possible, the illustration images used by the organizers to ensure the communication of their events are reproduced in the agenda, mentioning as credit for these images their author or, failing that, the name of the organizer. Once again, the BCI's responsibility cannot be retained regarding the nature and dissemination of this content. In the absence of illustrations, the BCI reserves the right to illustrate the agenda events using credited images of its choice.
