Urtxintx urdinak izeneko zahar etxean, beste askotan bezala, etekin ekonomikoa helburu duen lanaren antolaketak artatze harremanaren funtsezko gizatasunarekin talka egiten du. Egun hauetan bereziki, giroa elektrikoa da. Alde batetik, kartsutasunez beterik, langileak egoitzaren 50 urteen ospatzeko besta handi bat prestatzen ari dira.
