Les droits culturels sont tout autant des valeurs que des droits encadrés par des textes législatifs qui s’adressent à la personne.
Ce colloque entend ainsi questionner les droits culturels à partir de trois prismes : leur construction juridique et institutionnelle, la façon dont ils sont utilisés en tant qu’outil politique par les personnes physiques et les personnes morales, et enfin, la place qu’ils accordent aux communautés. Pour répondre à ces différents questionnements, chercheurs, acteurs politiques et associatifs, et artistes interviendront à l'occasion de ces rencontres.
