20 urte igaro dira Asier Serranok eta Mikel Gorosabelek Lorelei proiektua bizirik lurperatu zutenetik.
Bi disko ahaztezin utzi zituzten: Bada hiri gorri bat (1997, Gaztelupeko Hotsak) eta Tatuatu zenidan zerua (1999, Gaztelupeko Hotsak).
Orduko eszena irauli zuten harrera arrakastatsuarekin. Asier Serrano idazle eta kantariak eta Mikel Gorosabel musikariak (EH Sukarra) 1990eko hamarkadan sortutako taldea da Lorelei.
EH Sukarra taldearen diskoetan hasitako lankidetzari segida eman zioten pop lirikoko proiektu honetan. Serranoren Bada hiri gorri bat poema liburuan oinarrituriko disko batekin plazaratu zen taldea 1997an, eta, geroago, Tatuatu zenidan zerua kaleratu zuen.
Azken urteetan, bakarkako zenbait disko kaleratu ditu Serranok, eta literatur ibilbidea ere egin du 12 literatura lan argitaratuz; aipatzekoa, 2017ko Euskadi Literatura Saria jaso zuen Linbotarrak lana. Mikel Gorosabelek 9 disko kaleratu ditu EH Sukarrarekin, 2 disko Norton Klubekin, eta bere proiekturik intimistena 2017an argitaratu zuen: Barne basoan barna. Lorelei taldearen agurretik bi hamarkada iragan diren honetan, Antxon Sarasua eta Loiola Madera musikariekin batera, antzokietara itzultzea erabaki dute Gorosabelek eta Serranok, denborak ematen duen heldutasunaz, beraien eskaintza pop-rock lirikoa birpasatzeko asmoarekin.
