Jon Mirande a prouvé par sa prose, au milieu du XXe siècle, que la langue basque était capable de produire de la littérature universelle culte.Tout le monde reconnaît son importance. Mais c’est encore un sujet tabou. On dit de tout au sujet de Mirande. Qu’il était raciste. Pédophile. Nazi. Misogyne. Immoral. On ne sait pas quoi faire de lui. Le documentaire de Josu Martinez s’intéresse à lui donner un droit de réponse.
