Pontxek anitz maite du bere amatxi, harekin ibiltzen baita anitzetan. Gaurkoan Pontxek amatxiri egingo dio bisita egun pasa eta zuek ere gonbidatuak zaizte! Amatxi zahartzen ari da eta erdi eri denez Pontxek laguntza ekarriko dio; etxean lagunduz, amatxi zainduz... Elkarren biziki konplize ikusiko ditugu, amatxi ere pailazo xamarra delako. Biak bihurrikerietan, Medikuaren bisita denean, Pontx amonaz mozorrotuko da medikuari harrera emateko. Amatxik sendabelarrak baititu hobetzeko. Bere ezagutzak transmitituko dizkio pailazoari. Bisitari berezia ere izango dute etxean; zaharren bizi baldintzak hobetzeko Telelagun saltzailea ere agertuko baita. Gaur egungo gailu teknologiko eta modernoak saldu nahian amatxiren egunerokoa errazteko asmoz. Pontxek gailu modernoak begi onez ikusten baditu, Amatxik lehengo tresnak eta bizipenak goraipatuko dizkio berak bizitakoa transmititu nahian, zaharrak berritzea izango du helburu Amatxik.
Pontxek bezala ikuslegoak ere izango du Amatxirengandik zer ikasia eta garai moderno honetan, deikastekoa ere.
